From the outset, our friendly, qualified and experienced care staff will support and promote your independence whilst you receive the best possible care at home. All care staff can be assigned to not only provide personal care, assisting in and out of bed, and medication management, but also assist with many other domestic tasks that you would normally do yourself.

As time goes by and your needs change, so too can the support you receive.

All our services are provided with the understanding that there is no fixed term and that health care professionals can be provided to suit both your short term and long term plans.

Although your plan of care may have been discussed previously and has often taken in the considerations of family members, it is always quite difficult to foresee the level of care and support initially required upon discharge from hospital or where your condition may improve or deteriorate.

Caring Direct understands that your care requirements may change, particularly after returning home from hospital or as your condition improves or deteriorates. Your initial response and urgent intent to ensure that care is in place may benefit from review. It is also common that family may be at hand more so during certain periods. As a result, senior health professionals will regularly review, discuss with you and adapt your care as necessary to suit your needs.

As your level of care changes, there will most certainly be the requirement for medication reviews. You will be assigned a key worker that will report any change in medication and review your care schedule as necessary.

There may also be the requirement to review the plan of care wherever any mobility concerns are identified. Caring Direct would like to reassure you that in all circumstances, any changes to your care needs and requirements will be discussed with you and/or family members as necessary.

Caring Direct offers a bespoke care solution inclusive of many services to suit your changeable needs.

From half hourly visits up to 4 times daily to hourly care at times to fit in with your daily schedule, Caring Direct can provide care over 8 hour shifts throughout the day and night or offer a more flexible ‘sleeping night’ service.

All care services remain changeable subject to your health improving or deteriorating, readmission to hospital or any other change in circumstance.
