Out of Hours ‘On – Call’ Duty Management Service

Caring Direct operates an emergency duty management service to all service users during ‘Out of Office’ hours, 365 days a year.

This valuable service ensures that your care is being monitored and managed by trained professionals 24 hours per day for total peace of mind.

In the event that you should not respond to any visit from a care worker at any assigned time, the care worker will alert the duty manager who will, in the first instance, endeavour to contact family members or nominated next of kin to acknowledge a concern. Where any concern is escalated, the duty manager will contact the emergency services.

The duty management service is also an excellent tool for identifying unforeseen absence and ensuring that a replacement care worker is assigned to your visit with minimal disruption.
